Yuuko is awakened by a frightened phone call from Mayumi, who claims she and Tooru visited an abandoned hospital. Mayumi states that Tooru entered a locked room and changed, causing her to flee while muttering "I can leave?". Yuuko is then startled by a knock, and Tooru appears, recounting the same story but with roles reversed, alleging Mayumi’s face was replaced. When Yuuko opens the door, Tooru reveals a grotesque face and repeats the strange phrase, leaving her in shock.
