EP 1A man discovers talismans and a mysterious woman after moving into his new apartment.
Jul 15, 2013A young man relocates to an apartment building and spots a talisman adhered to his ceiling. After removing it, he observes a strange woman staring at him from a building across the street. The following day, he returns to find his door unlocked and another talisman on the ceiling. When he attempts to remove it, the woman materializes behind him. She is subsequently arrested for breaking and entering, appearing to whisper something to him as police escort her away, though he cannot hear her. Upon returning home, he discovers hundreds of talismans under his dining table. Removing them reveals his room infested with a swarm of ghosts.

Jul 22, 2013A man with amnesia wakes in a hospital where three whispering patients ignore his questions. After a doctor confirms his release for the next day, the man is frightened at night by the trio standing outside his curtain. Upon discharge, he sees the men on the roof performing a cheer and mentions this to his cab driver. The driver sees them in the rearview mirror and recognizes the ritual as Zanbai. He urgently orders the passenger to exit the vehicle, warning that he cannot leave the village alive. Immediately after, the cab is struck by an oncoming truck, ending the journey abruptly.

Jul 22, 2013Toshiharu and his parents relocate to his maternal grandparents' countryside residence. While Toshiharu waits outside, his grandfather briefs the main family on the "Calm Through Laughter" ritual, which requires adults to remain indoors and feign joy throughout the night to deter an evil ghost descended from Toshiharu's great-great grandfather that feeds on negative emotions. Later, Toshiharu wakes to use the bathroom and observes the adults through a window, discovering they are wearing grotesque smiling masks. As he retreats in terror, the garden door slides open, and the group watches in horror as a figure emerges from the shadows and lunges toward them.

Aug 5, 2013An elementary school teacher stays late to finish the school newspaper. While using the photocopier, the school bells ring eerily as the first page emerges with strange hair-like lines. She checks the scanner but sees nothing, attributing the event to fatigue. The machine then malfunctions, producing copies increasingly obstructed by hair, forcing her to unplug it. She observes messy black hair being sucked into the paper tray, yet finds nothing inside. Upon closing the scanner lid, a ghostly pale white child suddenly appears.

Aug 12, 2013A father visits a shopping mall with his family to buy a birthday gift before leaving for work. After his wife’s criticism, he enters an elevator and wishes for solitude. The attendant stops at an unlisted Floor B4, where everyone except the man exits into darkness. At Floor B13, a bloodied figure runs toward the departing car. Terrified, the man demands to return to his floor, only to find the attendant is a dummy. He arrives at a deserted, power-cut mall. As the elevator leaves, the upright dummy wishes him enjoyment of his solitude.
EP 6Exhausted commuter encounters a grotesque flesh mass on train during emergency stop
Aug 19, 2013A weary workaholic endures a train ride home, irritated by fellow passengers' noise. He spots a disturbing flesh-like entity on the overhead rack, dismissing it as fatigue-induced hallucination. An abrupt emergency stop cuts the power after a passenger accident, prompting the conductor's announcement. As two travelers discuss recent deaths in that specific area, the mass reappears and begins enveloping the man. Overcome by panic and sudden weakness, he loses the will to resist the creature, which promises he will soon feel better.
EP 7Yuuko receives conflicting accounts from friends Mayumi and Tooru regarding a haunted hospital visit.
Aug 26, 2013Yuuko is awakened by a frightened phone call from Mayumi, who claims she and Tooru visited an abandoned hospital. Mayumi states that Tooru entered a locked room and changed, causing her to flee while muttering "I can leave?". Yuuko is then startled by a knock, and Tooru appears, recounting the same story but with roles reversed, alleging Mayumi’s face was replaced. When Yuuko opens the door, Tooru reveals a grotesque face and repeats the strange phrase, leaving her in shock.
EP 8Kenji visits friend Takeru and encounters the terrifying Umbrella Goddess in the countryside.
Sep 2, 2013Kenji travels to the countryside to visit his friend Takeru. After they catch up, Kenji is left alone at the front of the house and notices a woman abnormally holding an open umbrella with her mouth. He relates this to Takeru's father, who becomes horror struck and refers to the woman as the "Umbrella Goddess." That night, Takeru's father has Kenji sleep in a shed and warns him not to open its door for anyone until morning. Some time later, Takeru brings Kenji some snacks and apologizes for his father's measures before leaving. Just then, Takeru strangely reappears and asks Kenji to open the door, which the latter refuses and instead locks it in fear just as the Takeru-figure starts rocking the shed. Later that morning, unbeknownst to Kenji as he exits the shed in a sigh of relief, the Umbrella Goddess appears behind him.
EP 9Kotone's mother seeks a shrine priestess to remove a family curse, but the ritual fails fatally.
Sep 2, 2013A mother tells her teenage daughter, Kotone, that she found someone who might remove a curse on Kotone's body. Despite hesitation from past failures, Kotone agrees. They visit a Shinto shrine where the priestess claims ancestors' enemies caused the curse and performs a ritual that night, appearing to cure Kotone. The next day, relief turns to horror when the priestess' aide calls to report the priestess was killed. The aide relays the priestess' final words, lamenting her failure to help. As the mother receives this news, the curse mark simultaneously appears on Kotone's neck while she is on her way to school, resulting in Kotone's death.
EP 10High school baseball team recalls teammate Daisuke falling into a pit toilet during childhood training camp.
Sep 9, 2013A high school boys' baseball team spends the night at a lodge, discussing their current training camp. They recall how teammate Daisuke fell into a pit toilet during a little league training camp in first grade, though he does not remember the incident. Later, while using the restroom, Daisuke stares at the moon and remembers a figure stalking him while trapped. In the present, he sees a figure in the pit that vanishes. Attributing it to imagination, he is startled when the door creaks open. Looking in the mirror, he watches in horror as a creature climbs out of the pit toilet.

They initially spot a face near a gravestone, but Takaaki detects a strange humanoid in the background. Rewinding reveals the figure moving closer and staring at him. Spooked, he sees two more faces reflected on the screen. Turning around, he discovers his friends have transformed into strange humanoid creatures who continue to question him about what he witnessed.
EP 12High school girl invited by shadow friend Tomonari-kun and five boys
Sep 23, 2013A high school student returns to her apartment complex and observes five young boys surrounding a black, shadow-like entity in the courtyard. The children treat this figure as their companion, Tomonari-kun, and invite the girl to join their play. She initially declines, promising to visit later, and subsequently uses her part-time job to avoid their next invitation. Upon returning home, she discovers the boys at her door, pointing to a black shadow on her ceiling as Tomonari-kun. Frightened, she ejects them, only to watch in terror as the shadow develops eyes and speaks, reminding her of her promise. The entity then pulls her into itself. The boys observe the event with apparent satisfaction before resuming their positions around two shadows in the courtyard.

Shouta witnesses Taichi transform into the Tormentor entity while observing his neighborhood house.
Sep 30, 2013Elementary students Shouta and Taichi watch a local house for the Tormentor, a creature linked to a disappearance. They spot blindfolded residents and a contorting apparition. Taichi, shocked by the entity, leaves abruptly. The next day, Shouta visits Taichi’s home to return binoculars but is rebuffed by Taichi’s father, who claims Taichi is transferring to Tokyo. Through the door, Shouta sees Taichi writhing while others avoid eye contact. Later, Shouta sees what he thinks is Taichi in a window, but the view is empty. The father points in alarm. Shouta looks through the binoculars to see Taichi rushing at him as the Tormentor, ending with Shouta staring into the creature's eyes.
