Ep. 2: The Kunitake family observes a yearly tradition at their home on the anniversary of the mother's passing.

Sachiko joins her husband Hiroki and his siblings for the annual gathering at the family residence. Following the meal, the power fails, and Hiroki explains that the event honors his mother’s spirit, which returns annually. Strange noises occur, including familiar barking dogs and unexplained footsteps. The dining room door opens and closes on its own, and an empty chair slides into place as if occupied by an unseen entity. While the others remain calm, Sachiko, who possesses the ability to see spirits, recognizes that the presence is not Hiroki’s mother. The atmosphere turns chaotic as the chair shakes violently and topples over, leaving the family to question what entity they have unknowingly invited into their home during these yearly rituals.
