Takuya loses his way while following phone directions to a friend’s location. His signal fails near an alley entrance marked with a warning to never look back. Inside, he encounters Miyako, who claims her boyfriend Toshihiko disappeared after ignoring similar warnings. She explains she has been trapped there since. Takuya doubts her story until footsteps approach, causing Miyako to panic. Toshihiko’s voice calls out, urging Miyako to turn around. Despite her pleas to ignore the sound, Takuya complies. Fog descends rapidly, obscuring his vision as shadows appear in nearby windows before he is consumed. Later, his friend enters the same alley, disregarding the initial warning sign.
