Yawara seeks assistance from Shinnosuke, who weighs his personal bachelor status against a twenty billion yen opportunity. He ultimately advises her to prioritize the Kato Chu engagement and miss the All Japan. Meanwhile, Hagoromo’s difficult home life with his neglectful son and harsh wife is revealed. Believing his career is ruined by the conflict, he is surprised when Yawara accompanies him on the Kato Chu trip, having decided to skip the tournament.
