Ep. 2: Saito Faces Guiche's Duel and Awakens Mysterious Rune Power

Saito struggles with his new role as Louise's familiar, receiving only bread for breakfast while interacting with the kind maid Siesta. Displeased by noble arrogance, he mocks the two-timing student Guiche, who challenges him to a duel. Although Saito is severely beaten by Guiche's magic, he refuses to submit. Impressed by his spirit, Guiche offers a sword to level the odds. Upon grasping the weapon, runes on Saito's hand glow with energy, allowing him to defeat Guiche before collapsing from exhaustion. Mr. Colbert and Headmaster Osmond observe the event, suspecting that Saito might be a legendary familiar.
