Osmond harasses secretary Longueville while Siesta is taken by Count Mott. Disgusted by noble disregard for commoners, Saito tries to rescue her. A deal involves retrieving a family heirloom book from a Germanian family, coincidentally Kirche's. Saito asks Kirche for the book, but she demands he date her. After refusing, Saito attacks Count Mott with Kirche's sword, but his runes fail to activate. Louise and others arrive just in time to save Saito. Kirche agrees to give the book to Count Mott in exchange for Siesta's freedom and forgiveness. Saito discovers the treasure is an old April 1975 porn magazine from Japan. Upon returning to the academy, Siesta kisses Saito on the cheek to thank him for his efforts.
