Shuuya is deeply affected by the death of his close friend Hiyama and struggles with his father's lack of recognition for who he is. Despite being a talented jockey, he feels unappreciated, with only his sister showing support. While in France, he meets the renowned jockey Jean-Paul, and the two develop an immediate connection. Over time, their relationship evolves into a romantic one, though it is marked by complexity.
