Ototsuji, a former opera singer who now teaches music, unexpectedly encounters Misato, someone he had feelings for during college, at his new job. Misato remains kind to him, unaware of his current insecurities. As their past connection resurfaces, Ototsuji struggles with lingering emotions while feeling out of place in her eyes.
