Kitsune to Tanuki no Oshikakekon

Two spirits, a fox named Ginjiro and a tanuki named Kinsaku, take human form to gain access to money and food by forming a bond with a human named Yoichi. However, Yoichi quickly recognizes their true identities and remains unimpressed, yet they become infatuated with him. Both spirits aggressively pursue his affection, though Yoichi remains unmoved. Eventually, they discover something from Yoichi's past and determine that one specific action could help heal his emotional pain. That night, they both sneak into his bed in an attempt to help him.
