A heroic party led by Filina faces near defeat against a formidable Demon Lord, who offers to spare them in exchange for a year-long body swap with her. Atty, a Priest and childhood friend, opposes the deal, but Filina accepts to save her allies. The Demon Lord, inexperienced with the world, and the eccentric group of adventurers then begin a journey to defeat the new Demon Lord.
