Ramen Saiyuuki

A recent college graduate, Shiomi Yutori had never tasted ramen until returning to Japan from the US six months ago and becoming enamored with it. Demonstrating exceptional cooking talent and a refined palate, she applies to the Serigawa Project, a consulting firm founded by renowned ramen chef Serizawa Tatsuya. The company advises ramen restaurants and develops their concepts. Yutori is both imaginative and direct, even offering pointed critiques of Serizawa’s own ramen. Despite securing a position at the company, she realizes that her success will require more than just culinary skill and creativity.
