Shou5 na Kanojo to Otona no Ai

Carol, a fifth-grade elementary school student, is in love with Kotarou, a 25-year-old man who lives with her. Recognizing her own youth and limitations, she feels she cannot compete for his affection. Her feelings intensify when she discovers that Kotarou is dating Chizuru, her friend’s older sister. Distressed by the realization that Chizuru is an adult with physical advantages, Carol writes repeatedly in her diary that she wants to grow up. In her sleep, she dreams of this desire and awakens to find a woman named Ai standing before her. Ai claims to be Carol and Kotarou’s daughter from the future.
