Kashiwagi, in his 30s, has recently joined a new industry and finds himself working under Amamiya, a talented but younger superior. Amamiya appears uneasy in their professional dynamic, and Kashiwagi wants to build a more comfortable rapport. He tries to find a chance to speak casually, but Amamiya’s hectic schedule makes it hard.
