After the cultural fetival, Nayu informs her friends she will be moving. Unable to hide her shock, Haruka quits the Underwear Society. To make matters worse, Tamaki's apartment burns down, bringing the Underwear Society to the verge of dissolution. Hurt by Haruka's rejection, Nayu fears she has lost another friend. Komachi pays a visit to her house to reassure her she is not alone and begins making plans for the Underwear Society. On the day of Nayu's move, Yako finally brings Haruka and Nayu together to talk.
