Masataka Ashiya visits the Ugaya house. Ashiya identifies himself to be from the country's court physician's bureau and offers his help because it's an emergency. Suguru and the Shugogo cannot read his intentions, so doubt him, but Shizuki leaves the decision to Tamaki.
