The Rising Volt Tacklers arrive in Kitakami to meet Briar but find Mossui Town deserted due to a harvest festival. At the festival, Roy and Crocalor accidentally switch bodies using a mysterious device, trying to keep their situation a secret from the others. The group navigates the festival and helps others along the way.
