The Rising Volt Tacklers reach Kitakami to meet Briar, but Mossui Town is empty because of a harvest festival. Roy and Crocalor accidentally exchange bodies using a strange device and attempt to hide this from their companions. While navigating the festival events and assisting others, the group works to reverse the switch. Once their original forms are restored, Carmine discloses that Briar is her teacher and is located at the Crystal Pool. Consequently, the team decides to travel to the Crystal Pool next to continue their journey and seek out the teacher.
