They plan to bring about endless, controlled conflict, securing for themselves a reason for existence and humanity a means of advancement. Operation Plantagenet begins, and the Hagane and Hiryuu Custom head for Hawaii. During their approach, a girl calling herself Alfemi suddenly appears and speaks to Kyosuke and Excellen.
