A 17-year-old recently released from juvenile detention, now on probation, moves to a new location to avoid past influences and lives with his aunt. He takes a job at her restaurant, striving to avoid returning to incarceration. Despite his efforts, his personality and inclinations remain unchanged, and he continues to associate with similar individuals. Avoiding trouble proves to be a challenge.
