Futatsu no Spica

A young girl named Asumi was very young when a rocket crash severely injured her mother. After five years in a coma, Asumi's mother passes away, and Asumi, who barely remembers her, deals with the emotional impact of her loss. During this difficult time, she encounters a mysterious person known as "Lion-san," who wears a lion mask and says he is a ghost. Lion-san assists Asumi in burying her mother's ashes, which helps her process her grief. As a result, Asumi makes a personal decision to become a rocket pilot when she grows up.
