EP 43Жертва Вгамона та стратегічна гра Т.К. проти Паппетмона
9 січ. 2000 р.Whamon saves WarGreymon by ramming him, but is mortally wounded by MetalSeadramon's River of Power in response. WarGreymon, enraged, destroys MetalSeadramon with his Great Tornado attack. Whamon succumbs to his wounds and dies, but begs the Digidestined to save the world. After watching the Net Ocean dissolve with MetalSeadramon's death, the kids then go into a forest which is part of Puppetmon's domain. Puppetmon continually taunt the group while splitting them up. From there, Puppetmon captures Matt and offers T.K. his older brother's freedom in return for a deadly game of hide and seek. Luckily, T.K. manages to play on Puppetmon's friendship issues to sabotage his control room as the other DigiDestined regroup and defeat Puppetmon's minion Kiwimon despite Matt's need to find his brother. But when T.K. rejoins the others, a disillusioned Matt walks off while Puppetmon vows revenge. (Source: Wikipedia)

16 січ. 2000 р.Bent on revenge, Puppetmon brings a platoon of Garbagemon to attack the DigiDestined. At that time, Matt encounters Cherrymon, another of Puppetmon's minion who plays on the human's insecurities that he will never change until he defeats the one holding him back: Tai. Though conflicted, Matt makes his decision after Gabumon promises to help his human partner in whatever choice he makes. As Matt and MetalGarurumon reach the other Digidestined, the latter taking out the last Garbagemon while demanding Agumon to warp digivolve to fight him, Puppetmon destroys Cherrymon after his servant attempted to warn him not to underestimate an advantage that the DigiDestined have over him. 6 лют. 2000 р.After saving Joe and Mimi from MetalEtemon, SaberLeomon reveals himself to their old friend Leomon after he gained the ability to warp digivolve from his exposure to the Digivices. Leomon brings them to the ruin remains of Digitamamon's diner where they find a group of Gekomon and Otamamon hiding in before they are attacked by MetalEtemon. Leomon becomes SaberLeomon to fight MetalEtemon, only to end up mortally wounded after taking a hit intended for Mimi when she attempted to stop the violence. A furious Joe allows an equally enraged Zudomon to attack MetalEtemon, using his Vulcan's Hammer to crack MetalEtemon's metallic body so SaberLeomon can land the deathblow. At the same time, after reaching his mansion, Puppetmon faces the DigiDestined with his army of RedVegiemon before Garudamon destroys his Bullet Hammer. In response, Puppetmon activates his manor's robot mode to hold off the DigiDestined while he attempts to escape. But Puppetmon end up running into Matt and MetalGarurumon, who fatally wounds the puppet with a point-blank range Metal Wolf Claw. A dying Puppetmon some comes to the realization that Cherrymon was warning him that the Digidestineds' strength is their bonds of friendship. Seeing Puppetmon's territory fading as Leomon died after he and Ogremon make their peace, Mimi regains her will to fight as she and Joe decide to gather more reinforcements while Tai's group continue fighting the remaining Dark Masters on their own. 13 лют. 2000 р.Kari falls ill, and Tai becomes nearly hysterical in his attempts to help her as he and Izzy search for medicine. However, as Sora and T.K look after Kari, the Digidestined learn too late that the city they are in is under Machinedramon's control as he sends his forces to hunt Tai and Izzy down. Though manage to cripple the tracking system, Tai and Izzy return and are nearly killed by a Megadramon and Gigadramon, but Angemon saves them. Unfortunately Machinedramon himself shows up and fires his Giga Cannons at the building the kids are in, sending them crashing into the sewers below. (Source: Wikipedia)

20 лют. 2000 р.Kari recovers, and, along with Sora and T.K., begins searching for the others. They run into WaruMonzaemon, and Kari frees the Numemon he has enslaved, who then begin calling her "Queen". Kari's Crest re-energizes Biyomon and Gatomon (all of the Digimon have no energy to digivolve at this point) and they drive WaruMonzeamon off and he's destroyed by Machinedramon for his failure. Andromon (the same one from File Island, encountered by Tai and Izzy) battles with Machinedramon, and the Numemon sacrifice themselves to save Kari. Kari's Crest reenergizes Agumon and he digivolves to WarGreymon to face Machinedramon. WarGreymon easily destroys Machinedramon with one hit while Machinedramon does no damage to him and at first thought WarGreymon missed him completely. (Source: Wikipedia)

27 лют. 2000 р.The Digidestined arrive at the top of Spiral Mountain and prepare to face Piedmon, the last of the Dark Masters. However, Piedmon has prepared them for them a welcome surprise in the form of LadyDevimon, his second-in-command. LadyDevimon's beguiling appearance and seductive attitude have the boys ogling slack-jawed, but the girls are are not amused by LadyDevimon's mock flirtations and condescending tone. LadyDevimon turns out to be a formidable opponent, capable of simultaneously holding her own against Angewomon, MegaKabuterimon, Andromon, Angemon, Birdramon, and Agumon. While the battle unfolds, Tai entrusts Sora and T.K. with the mission finding the remainder of the Digidestined. At this time, Joe and Mimi arrive at the ruins of Primary Village and find Elecmon, who joins them for the final battle against Piemon. Joe and Gomamon decide to go off by themselves for a while to see if they can find their own place in the team. Meanwhile, Angewomon struggles to fend off LadyDevimon, who begins to overpower her rival with her superior battle-savvy and cunning. Outraged and flustered by LadyDevimon's mock flirtations and taunts, Angewomon charges into melee against her counterpart, and the two end up in a heated catfight, complete with hair-pulling and slapping matches. LadyDevimon eventually defeats Angewomon with a well-timed roundhouse kick that knocks the angel out of the sky. However, just as LadyDevimon is about to finish Angewomon off, MegaKabuterimon manages to save Angewomon, paving the path for a final confrontation with Piedmon.

5 бер. 2000 р.Piedmon and WarGreymon battle, although WarGreymon is no match for him. Matt confronts his inner darkness, and so does Sora. Matt returns and makes up with Tai which gives Garurumon the power to heal a badly wounded WarGreymon thanks to Matt and Tai's friendship activating the Crest of Friendship. 12 бер. 2000 р.Though outnumbered after Matt and Joe rejoin the group, Piedmon reveals another of his abilities: a white cloth that turns anyone it covers into a keychain. With Andromon holding him off, the DigiDestined attempt to outrun Piedmon with some of them remaining behind to hold him off. Only T.K., with the Matt keychain after Gomamon sacrificed himself to retrieve it, Kari and Patamon remain as the rookie Digimon becomes Angemon in an attempt to hold off Piedmon so the young children could try to escape. However, Angemon is easily defeated as Piedmon proceeds to send T.K. and Kari falling to their deaths. But imagining what Matt would say while looking at his key-chain, T.K. regains his hope as it activates his crest and Angemon to digivolve into his ultimate form: MagnaAngemon. MangaAngemon then defeats Piedmon while retrieving the key chains and restoring everyone to normal. Refusing to give up, Piedmon summons his army of Vilemon to overwhelm the small group. Luckily, Mimi evens the odds with an army composing of their friends that results in a fight that ends with Piedmon sucked into MangaAngemon's Gate of Destiny. Though the last of the Dark Masters is defeated, the DigiDestined are unable to celebrate when they receive an e-mail from Gennai that reveals another enemy who is the true cause for the destruction of the Digital World. 19 бер. 2000 р.Although the Dark Masters are defeated, it's not enough to stop the complete destruction of the Digital World and the children and Digimon are forced to face the true mastermind of all the chaos: Apocalymon. Revealing himself to be a disturbed figure, Apocalymon explains he was born from the data of deceased Digimon deemed unfit to exist in the Digital World and intends to act out his rage and hate on the DigiDestined. While revealing his ability to replicate the attacks of previous Digimon the DigiDestined fought, Apocalymon regresses their partner Digimon to the their usual forms before using Devimon's Dark Claw to grab the Crests and shatter them. From there, Apocalymon proceeds to delete the kids and their Digimon as they all end up in the data space. After being re-encouraged by their Digimon partners with the memories of what they have been through, the DigiDestined learn that the true Crest power has been inside them along. After digivolving their Digimon into their strongest forms, the DigiDestined return to the Digital World to confront Apocalymon again. (Source: Wikipedia)

26 бер. 2000 р.A battle erupts between the kids and Apocalymon and they prove victorious with WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon mortally wounding him. Refusing to die alone, Apocalymon executes his suicidal Total Annihilation attack which would destroy everyone and everything. But the DigiDestineds' refusal to allow the destruction of both worlds causes their Digivices to form a barrier to contain the blast. With Apocalymon destroyed, the Digital World starts to reformat itself back to normal, and the DigiDestined arrive to File Island to see Ogremon taking his leave. Soon after reaching the lake, the DigiDestined decide spend the rest of their summer in the Digital World. However, Gennai and Centarumon explain that the worlds' time is now synchronized and that the DigiDestined have two hours to return to their world or the portal will close forever and they will cease to exist as a consequence of the reformatting. Each of the DigiDestined spends their final moments with their Digimon partner, save Mimi as Palmon ran off. When the time comes, the DigiDestined enter the trolley car which would take them home as Palmon arrives at the last second to say her good bye to Mimi. Although Tai thinks that their adventure may be over, he believes that they would someday return when portal would open again someday. (Source: Wikipedia)
