Fuujin Monogatari

An eighth grader named Nao is part of a Digital Camera Club with only one other member, Miki, and manages the club. She is known for photographing only the sky and clouds. After encountering a cat capable of controlling wind on a rooftop, she accidentally falls. The cat was taught by a teacher named Taiki. Another student, Ryoko, is infatuated with Taiki, while a boy named Jun assists Nao and Miki in searching for a flying cat. Yukio, the widow of Taiki’s late brother, is also involved. A town of "Wind Handlers" exists on the city's outskirts, where a mysterious Wind Festival is about to take place.
