Totsuzen! Neko no Kuni Banipal Witt

A secret realm called Banipal Witt exists, where sunlight transforms humans into cats and dogs into creatures. Two children join a group of cat engineers to stop Bubulina, a sorcerer cat whose touch turns living beings into balloons. Bubulina teams up with Papdoll, a monstrous dog, to take over Banipal Witt. Only Toriyasu, Papdoll's former owner, might be able to restore Papdoll. The group must act quickly to save Papdoll and stop Bubulina before sunrise.
