Gyokou no Nikuko-chan

A mother and daughter with a strong bond but little in common live together on a boat at the port. Nikuko, the mother, is carefree, enthusiastic, and enjoys food, often finding herself drawn to questionable characters. Her outlook on life is simple: "Ordinary is best of all." Her 11-year-old daughter, Kikuko, is becoming a teenager and feels embarrassed by her mother’s loud and unfiltered personality. Despite their differences, a special connection forms between them, and their lives change when a shared secret is uncovered.
