Allison, Wil, Benedict, and Fiona reach Sou Beil, though Wil remains suspicious of Major Stork. The group is directed to dress formally, leading Allison and Fiona to a waiting limousine. They travel to a chapel for Benedict and Fiona’s wedding ceremony. Upon Stork’s arrival, Wil exposes that Stork is actually Allison’s father, who survived the war by swapping name tags with a deceased subordinate to deliver crucial intelligence to Sou Beil, thereby preventing further conflict and securing an armistice with Roxche. After the guests depart, Allison attempts to ask Wil to live with her, but he proposes first. Allison pushes Wil down and asks if she can kiss him, which signifies their marriage.
