Xiang Ying witnesses a predicted accident and visits fortune teller Pure Reisen, who reveals herself as Reiko Kawamoto. Reiko predicts Xin Hong will remain unmarried in ten years and that Xiang Ying is destined to die. Tired of foreseeing others' lives, she asks City Hunter to help her find a man whose future she cannot see. After drinking heavily, Xiang Ying brings Reiko home, but the next morning, Reiko believes Ryo is her ideal match because his future is invisible. However, she becomes disappointed upon sobering up. Meanwhile, police officer Shougo Shimazu is demoted after rejecting a senior colleague's proposal, despite Reiko's earlier warning that his relationship with girlfriend Si Zhong would lead to a bad outcome.
