Yang Fang Yu mistakenly abducts mercenary Max Neumann, believing he kidnapped researchers, but he denies involvement. She releases him after planting a tracking bug, which leads her to a ship anchored offshore. On the vessel, she discovers that her lover, Cheng, exploited her to smuggle a virus into Japan and is orchestrating efforts to create a vaccine. Realizing she was used as a tool, Fang Yu decides to seek revenge. She swims alone toward the distant ship to confront the individuals responsible for her manipulation and the biological threat.
