Yang Fang Yu, Ryo's former mercenary teammate, runs an orphanage for war orphans and asks Ryo for assistance in creating a vaccine from a sample of a deadly virus developed by an organization for warfare. She has kidnapped twelve researchers and is attempting to raise funds for the vaccine by orchestrating the release of an oil tycoon's son from prison, who would pay heavily to avoid family embarrassment. However, after bursting into the prison, Fang Yu dislikes the spoiled heir and abandons him. Subsequently, the organization raids her headquarters and kidnaps the researchers, complicating her efforts to save the children under her care.
