Fang Yu boards the ship intending to kill Cheng, but Xiang Ying knocks him unconscious and proposes a different approach. Upon waking, Cheng finds himself dressed in a wig and women's clothing. Fang Yu informs him that he must personally conduct the research to create a vaccine as punishment for lying to her. After freeing the captive researchers, Xiang Ying and Kaori explain the true purpose of their abduction. Consequently, the researchers choose to remain on the ship and assist with the work rather than leave.
