Before the Pussyfoot departs, Russo hitmen attack Jacuzzi but are killed by Nice. Onboard, Nice and Donny find Jacuzzi, who believes the Rail Tracer is present and resolves to protect dining car passengers. In 1930, Szilard kills Barnes to absorb his memories and locate the elixir, then sends Ennis to find Dallas regarding Firo. In 1931, Gustavo learns he will die without Dallas, extorts Nicholas for information linking the Gandor to her disappearance, and learns Dallas is partially immortal. Meanwhile, Firo joins the Camorra after a knife fight with Maiza, whose instant healing he notices. On the train, Natalie warns Mary and Czeslaw to flee as the Lemures take control but struggle to search because something is killing them.
