Alice discloses that her grandfather, Micheal, is the individual Naga met in Vestroia. The Brawlers travel to his laboratory in Moscow, excluding Julie, where they view a recording explaining Bakugan's arrival in the human world. Concurrently, top global battlers, including #2 Klaus Von Herzon, #3 Chan Lee, #4 Julio Santana, #5 Komba O'Charlie, and #10 Billy Gilbert, attend a party. A battle royale ensues until Masquerade interrupts, transporting everyone to Vestroia to be hypnotized by Naga. Subsequently, the Brawlers resolve to visit Julie's hometown, home to Bakugan Valley, seeking a portal to Vestroia. As they depart, brainwashed battlers observe them from the shadows.
