After Julie recovers from her depression, the Brawlers join Shun and Skyress to investigate a new valley resembling Bakugan Valley. Shun deceives the group about their destination to hide his suspicion that Webmaster Joe is leaking their movements to Masquerade. Upon arrival, they encounter Chan Lee, who initiates a battle with Dan. Dan and Drago initially struggle against Chan’s revived Bakugan and superior power levels. However, Drago’s strength unexpectedly increases without an ability card, allowing them to defeat Chan’s Fortress using a fusion move. Following the victory, the team confirms their belief that Webmaster Joe is working for Masquerade. Meanwhile, an unidentified boy observes the Brawlers’ activities, indicating he is monitoring their progress.
