Dan and the brawlers reach Bakugan Valley to meet Julie and Gorem. They search for the Infinity Core and a path to Vestroia, navigating a cave infested with bats and scorpions. Dan, Shun, Marucho, Runo, and Julie witness Vestroia’s state through their Bakugan. After escaping a collapsing cave, they face Billy and Komba. Shun and Julie battle, discovering their opponents serve Masquerade. The fight intensifies as Julie and Shun lose their initial Bakugan, relying on Gorem and Skyress. They defeat Billy’s Cycloid and Komba’s Harpus. Despite Julie’s attempt to free Billy from Naga’s hypnosis, both remain controlled and vow to steal the Brawlers’ partner Bakugan. The episode concludes with Julie weeping over Billy’s actions.
