Dan returns home via Marucho's plane after losing a battle, prompting his parents to worry. He and Drago relax in the bath, discussing future steps, while Julie stays with Marucho and Shun meditates. Runo works at her parents' cafe, and Alice buys groceries. She encounters Christopher, a boy bullied into losing Bakugan battles, and offers to coach him. During the match, Alice moves while time is frozen. Christopher remembers Alice's advice, believes in himself, and hears his guardian Bakugan Juggernoid. They win together. Dan recalls his pudding cup, and Runo suspects one brawler is a spy for Masquerade if Joe is innocent.
