Elright reveals the third shield expels Gundalian DNA, prompting Fabia to reject Dan’s request to disable it. Serena recounts how Fabia rescued Aranaut from Gundalian captivity after Commander Jin died, leaving Aranaut with no memory of his former partner. While Marucho searches for Ren, Dan urges Fabia to give Ren a chance. Fabia challenges Ren to a duel where victory allows him to stay on Neathia. Ren deploys Linehalt and Rubanoid, but both are defeated by Aranaut. Despite the loss, Fabia believes Ren has changed and welcomes him to the Brawlers. Queen Serena appoints Ren as a Castle Knight, and he swears loyalty to her and the group.
