Ep. 10: Otashi reveals her ninja identity while Tenkai seeks Tadanaga amidst escalating conflicts.
Seventeen years ago, during the summer Campaign at Osaka in the 20th year of the Keichou Era, handmaid Otashi reveals to Senhime that she is Namemba, an Iga ninja. In the present at Edo Castle, Tenkai seeks Tadanaga and contacts Hadaebou. Hadaebou visits Jison'in village to request ninja aid against Joujin and the Murakumo, but they decline. The Kishuu prepare to attack the Murakumo with cannons, yet Joujin reassures Tadanaga of their defenses before destroying the Kishuu forces with his own cannons. Flashbacks show Senhime as Hideyori's wife and Tokugawa Ieyasu's granddaughter, with Nambemba escaping with her before Sakazaki Naomori rescues her. In the present, Gorone plans to destroy the Murakumo using Hadaebou's intelligence on the Joujinshuu. Tenkai learns of the attack and decides Tadanaga must face consequences for his alliance with Joujin.
