Joujin suggests Tadanaga can become a god like Oda Kazusanosuke Nobunaga. Utsutsu and Rui fight Rain fighters but are outnumbered until ninja comrades and Namemba arrive. Gorone examines Utsutsu’s Murakumo sketch while Namemba recounts her talk with monk Nankoubou Tenkai, Lord Ieyasu’s councilor, regarding the common enemy Joujinshuu. The ninja regroup at their cafe to discuss Hachiro’s solo fight plan. Shaizou uses his technique to view inside the Murakumo, protected by others, seeing a figure resembling Kazusanosuke who crumbles to dust. The group is pursued by Rain again, forcing Rui to handle them with Hachisu’s backup. Meanwhile, Hachiro observes Kishuu soldiers marching.
