Ep. 9: Usagi faces a time-manipulating monster while Ami investigates her mother's draining clock

Jadeite devises a scheme to boost human energy production by employing Ramua, a creature capable of manipulating time. Usagi's mother purchases a new clock that inadvertently siphons her vitality. Ami, having awakened as Sailor Mercury, assists Luna in investigating the strange phenomenon. The two Sailor Guardians eventually encounter Ramua and engage in battle. Tuxedo Mask intervenes to aid them, using a rose to reverse the time spell and defeat the monster, thereby resolving the crisis affecting Usagi's family and the city.
