Ep. 8: Rentaro and Tina recruit the Katagiri siblings to defend against a Stage Four Gastrea threat.
Amidst rising tensions from the New Gastrea Law, Rentaro and Kisara choose to train the Cursed Children in the Outer District personally. Seitenshi alerts them to a Stage Four Gastrea attack on a Varanium Monolith, warning that its corrosive agent will breach the barrier in six days, leaving the Tokyo Area exposed. To counter this invasion, Rentaro forms an adjuvant squad of civil officers. He invites Tina to help recruit staff, while also cautioning a blind Cursed Child to remain hidden for her safety. Facing envy from peers, Rentaro struggles to find volunteers and visits the Kitagari Civil Security Agency. He negotiates with Promoter Tamaki Katagiri and Initiator Yuzuki Katagiri, leading to a spar where Rentaro and Tina win, securing the siblings' assistance. The mission to repel the Gastrea begins that night.
