Ep. 5: Rentaro accepts a bodyguard role for Seitenshi while facing intimidation from Takuto Yasuwaki.

Rentaro considers a bodyguard position offered by Seitenshi to protect her during a meeting with Osaka Area head Sogen Saitake. Takuto Yasuwaki, leader of Seitenshi’s personal guard, attempts to intimidate Rentaro into refusing, which only strengthens his resolve to accept the job. During this time, Rentaro encounters Tina Sprout, a disheveled girl who is secretly a Cursed Child assassin. At the meeting, Rentaro and Seitenshi discover Sogen’s tyrannical plan to make Japan the dominant superpower after the Gastrea defeat. Following the discussion, Seitenshi shares her vision for Japan’s reunification and hires Rentaro full-time. Shortly after, their vehicle is attacked by a sniper, but Rentaro and the bodyguards successfully ensure Seitenshi’s safety. Tina later reports her mission failure to her superior, questioning who prevented the assassination attempt.
