A genetically enhanced deer named Nadare attacks forest workers and the fiancé of its former owner, a doctor who once befriended the animal. The doctor previously convinced Black Jack to transplant Nadare’s brain into his chest to increase its intelligence, hoping for conversation. Now, Nadare is out of control due to its heightened emotions and intellect, leading to a violent confrontation. The doctor manages to drive the deer away, but the woman is severely injured. Black Jack performs surgery to save her life, addressing the tragic consequences of the earlier experimental procedure that altered the deer's physical form and mental capacity.
