Ep. 38: Sharaku and Black Jack investigate mysterious ruins and injured aliens
Sharaku, his sister, Black Jack, and Pinoco visit a dig site where Sharaku’s father works. After uncovering ancient ruins, Sharaku’s father summons Black Jack, claiming he felt compelled to do so. That night, Sharaku takes a recovered staff into the ruins, followed by Black Jack, Pinoco, and Watou. They find a monk mysteriously injured with foreign bodies inside him. Sharaku, appearing possessed, urges Black Jack to save the man. Black Jack is led deeper into the ruins to find a group of hiding aliens whose medical equipment was destroyed by human gunfire, leaving one critically injured. The aliens use telepathy to show Black Jack an image of his mother, convincing him to perform the operation. Finally, Black Jack and the others agree to keep the incident secret.
