A movie director aims to document Black Jack’s operation to save his son, who suffers from a severe congenital immune deficiency. Black Jack is the sole physician capable of attempting the procedure on the fragile boy, ultimately succeeding in saving his life. Authorities initially blocked the film’s distribution among medical professionals because Black Jack lacks a license. To resolve this, Black Jack reveals he created a second version of the footage. This alternate edit falsely attributes the miraculous surgery to another licensed doctor, allowing the film to be shared with the medical community while preserving Black Jack’s legal standing.
