A strict police officer becomes obsessed with a statue resembling him after vandels targeting him damage it. He hides near the sculpture on his day off to catch the perpetrators in the act. During the chase, he suffers serious injuries in an accident. Black Jack, who previously encountered the officer after a traffic violation accusation, intervenes to save the officer's life. Following the rescue, Black Jack proceeds to repair the damaged statue, resolving the situation for the dedicated law enforcement official.
