A white lion named Luna Luna falls ill at the local zoo, prompting its keeper to seek medical assistance from Black Jack. Although the surgeon initially declines the request, he eventually agrees to perform surgery after discovering that a brain tumor is responsible for both the animal's sickness and its white fur. Following the successful operation, the lion's coat returns to its natural gold color. Instead of accepting a monetary payment, Black Jack takes the recovered lion as his fee. He then transports the animal to the wild and releases it back into its natural habitat.
