Pinoko and Sharaku befriend an elderly woman residing at her son's hospital. Her son, a doctor, evicted her from her room to accommodate a patient. Having been rejected by various friends, she decided to stay at a dilapidated summer house she owns. However, heavy rains trigger a mudslide, leading Black Jack to rescue her. He then compels her son to reflect on what truly matters in their relationship.
