Set in the Philippines, Blade remembers his childhood raised by a large family before his vampire mother, Tara, destroyed his life. Meanwhile, Makoto saves Noah from a slave trade situation. Blade defeats the Mandurugos and their leader, Matthes. Following these events, Blade, Makoto, and Razor continue their pursuit of Frost's trail.
