Blade, Makoto, and Razor enter Siquijor Island, where Lucius Issac warns Frost about his actions. Blade encounters Verdugo natives hunting the Manananggal. After assaulting a base, Blade engages Frost in combat but is defeated, resulting in a blood sample being taken from him. The Manananggal subsequently attacks the Verdugo people. Utilizing the assistance of the Verdugo and their spiritual abilities, Blade manages to kill the Manananggal. This sequence of events highlights the conflict between the infiltrators and the local threats on the island, culminating in the creature's defeat through combined efforts.
