Grimmjow releases his zanpakutou, pleased by Ichigo's full power, and the battle continues. Ichigo is gradually worn down despite extending his hollow mask usage. Espada Tia Halibel and her Fracciónes, the Tres Bestias (Emilou Apacci, Franceska Mila Rose, and Cyan Sung-Sun), observe and comment on the match. Halibel notes their fear is natural, describing the conflict as a fight between two Espadas. Orihime, frightened by Ichigo's hollow mask, hesitates to watch. After Nel admonishes her, she overcomes her fear and cheers for Ichigo. This encouragement gives him the resolve to strike across Grimmjow's chest. The event occurs during the Arrancar: The Fierce Fight arc, specifically episode 15 of 16.
